Huck's Market Reaches $100,000 Milestone in Weekly Delivery Sales

Huck's Market Reaches $100,000 Milestone in Weekly Delivery Sales

Investments in omnichannel retailing and digital operations are creating new opportunities to serve customers across the Midwest

‍

CARMI, IL (August 11, 2026) — Huck’s Market, the employee-owned leader in convenience with 135 locations across the Midwest, announced today that its online ordering and delivery business has surpassed $100,000 in weekly sales. This milestone reflects the growing role of digital commerce within Huck's broader digital transformation efforts, driven by continued expansion across both first-party ordering and third-party marketplaces.

"For years, we’ve believed that convenience retailing has to become more digitally native," says Jon Bunch, Vice President of Digital Marketing, Technology, and Innovation at Huck's Market. “We've been building toward that future through deliberate investments in our stores, operations, and strategic technology solutions, enabling us to serve our customers wherever and however they choose to shop."

Working in partnership with Vroom Delivery, Huck's Market transformed what had previously been a fragmented delivery operation into a centralized digital commerce platform. Today, the company’s omnichannel strategy spans first-party ordering on the Huck's Bucks Bigg Rewards app, Godfather's Pizza first-party ordering, and third-party marketplaces including DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. Most recently, Huck's expanded its reach with standalone Godfather's Pizza restaurant listings on DoorDash.

Behind the scenes, automated menu management and back-office integration ensure pricing, inventory, and product availability are synchronized in real-time across each channel. Additionally, years of investment by Huck's operations and accounting teams have enabled item-level inventory, making it possible to list a few thousand items per store rather than just a few hundred. The result is a digital commerce platform that supports continued growth without adding operational complexity, while also creating new opportunities for supplier promotions, brand partnerships, and customer engagement.

“We made the decision early on that digital commerce was worth investing in, even if there weren’t always clear answers in those early days,” says Brayden Peterson, Digital Marketing Manager at Huck's Market. “Our willingness to experiment and keep improving has paid off, and every improvement has compounded to get us to a point where we’re now doing in three weeks what used to take us an entire year. Even with that kind of growth, we believe we’re just getting started.”
